The brave Projects community is a space for artists and supporters to share work, talk, and find each other. These guidelines are the agreement between you and brave Projects for using the community, on the website and in the app. By creating an account, signing in, or posting, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the community.
You must be 16 or over to hold a community account. You are responsible for everything done through your account, so keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has access.
We expect everyone to treat other members with respect. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. Do not post, send, or link to anything that:
This list gives the spirit of the rules; it is not exhaustive. We may remove anything we judge to be harmful to the community.
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant brave Projects a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and share that content within the community so the service can work. You confirm you have the right to post it and that doing so does not break the law or anyone else’s rights. This licence ends when your content is deleted, except for copies kept in routine backups or required by law.
Every post and reply can be reported using the menu on the content itself. You can also block any member: once blocked, neither of you will see the other’s posts and replies, and you will not be able to message one another. You can unblock someone at any time from your settings.
Reports go to our moderators, who review them and remove anything that breaks these guidelines. We aim to act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours, removing the content and, where necessary, suspending or removing the member who posted it. Serious cases are escalated to senior moderators.
If you break these guidelines we may remove your content, issue a warning, restrict features, or suspend or permanently close your account, without notice where the breach is serious. We may also report unlawful content or behaviour to the police or other authorities.
You can delete your account at any time from your settings on the website or in the app. Deletion removes or anonymises your account record and content as described in our Privacy Notice. We may also close accounts that are inactive for a long period or that we are required to remove by law.
We work hard to keep the community running, but we provide it without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for content posted by members, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the community. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these guidelines as the community grows. The “Last updated” date above shows when we last revised them. For significant changes we will let members know by email or a notice in the community, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Questions, concerns, or reports of serious abuse can go to hello@braveprojects.co.uk. For how we handle your personal data, see our Privacy Notice.
